Rackspace Solve Virtual Conference

How do you take control of virtual event production? Get the right gear to all speakers. Practice. Make it look way better than Zoom. Using the latest video streaming and switching hardware, we set up a broadcast center of 40+ laptops to deliver multiple sessions at once as part of the Rackspace Solve Virtual Conference in August 2021. Here’s a look at the setup in action.

WFH Control Room

How do you pull off virtual events remotely? Build a Zoom room/Control Room in your house. Complete with multiple monitors, microphones, audio mixer, video switcher, lights, 4k camera and wireless crew comms. Attendees noticed. In survey of Customer Advisory Board members, one commented on production quality: “as usual, rock star effort from Rackspace team.”
